Caroline's practice is spotlessly clean and she is extremely knowledgeable and professional. She has helped me with my menoplasal symptoms and also elevated some residual pain from a broken shoulder. I am now also having acupuncture facials which are amazing, I always leave feeling so relaxed, I can not recommend her enough

Caroline is amazing her vast knowledge and education is very impressive. Caroline will go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. Her room is so inviting and tranquil the whole atmosphere os so relaxing. I have acupuncture for a number of health issues including IBS, sleep and back problems.

Caroline is very welcoming and professional. I had electro acupuncture which I’ve found works best for me. I would definitely recommend Willow Tree Acupuncture and I’m enjoying being pain free for the first time in months!

Caroline is amazing at what she does, she really listens to what my body needs each month and adapts my treatment accordingly. I went to Caroline off the back of a recommendation myself and so glad I did. I had acupuncture, which I was very nervous about getting, but Caroline put me at ease and it's surprising how relaxing acupuncture is, not painful at all. She always finishes the session with a little TLC treatment, wither a little facial, massage or reflexology. Love my visits to Willow Tree Acupuncture, highly recommended

I first visited Caroline for some acupuncture prior to starting IVF treatment, with the view to reduce my stress levels - and because I had read about its contribution to the overall success rates of fertility treatment. The clinic is based in an extremely welcoming, homely and comforting environment that is far from clinical: a sanctuary for relaxation. On my first visit, Caroline was extremely thorough in gaining an understanding of my history and needs and developed a tailored treatment plan to suit. In following visits, she always takes time to get to know how you have been feeling and what your priorities are, tailoring treatment to suit. I had never tried acupuncture before but I was amazed at how wonderfully relaxing it is. What is more, Caroline always finishes the treatment with a little bit of TLC, such as, a massage, a facial, or reflexology (sometimes even a little bit of everything). Luckily, my IVF treatment was successful and I honestly think regular acupuncture had a part to play! Since being pregnant, I have also visited Caroline for reflexology to help with pregnancy niggles and I am extremely looking forward to some appointments with Caroline on the lead up to my labour. If you are thinking of acupuncture and have an open mind, I couldn’t recommend Caroline and Willow Tree Acupuncture any more highly.
