About Me

Hi, my name is Caroline I am a fully qualified and accredited Acupuncturist, after having studied Acupuncture at the Northern College of Acupuncture in York for 3 years I graduated with a BSc (Hons) Acupuncture degree.

I have always been interested in complementary medicine and the many benefits it has to offer and really enjoy building upon my knowledge and skills in this fascinating and ever progressing subject. I have a genuine passion for helping people improve both their health and wellbeing and always ensure that each treatment is tailored to suit individual needs. I have worked in the holistic health care environment for 20 years providing treatments for both the private sector and also for the NHS. 

As well as being a qualified acupuncturist, I am a qualified reflexologist, massage therapist and Aromatherapist, I gained my Aromatherapy training through the International Federation of Professional Aromatherapists (IFPA), the worldwide centre for clinical excellence in all aspects of Aromatherapy. This training has enabled me to integrate my knowledge of plant oils into all of my skincare treatments.  

I am a member of the British Acupuncture Council (BAcC) which is the UKs leading self-regulatory body and also a member of Cosmetic Acupuncture UK. Willow Tree Acupuncture & Therapy Clinic is registered with Stockton-on-Tees Borough council as an approved Acupuncture provider
